These terms govern access to the Ekushield website and dashboard. Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of this site. By using this site, including downloading materials, you agree to these terms and conditions. Ekushield reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions apply to all visits to the Ekushield website, both now and in the future.

1. Using the service

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity under your account credentials.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use the attack-simulation and scanning tools only against models and datasets you own or are authorized to test.
  • Do not use Ekushield to develop attacks intended for use against systems you do not have permission to test.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. Trials convert to a paid plan only if you actively choose one; we do not auto-charge at the end of a free trial.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of any dataset, model, or content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Disclaimer

Robustness scores and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee that a model is free of vulnerabilities. Ekushield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekushield is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use section above.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
