Privacy policy

This policy explains what Ekushield, Inc. ("Ekushield," "we," "us") collects when you use this site and the dashboard, and what we do with it. This policy also explains your choices about how we use information about you. Your choices include how to object to certain uses of information about you and how to access and update certain information about you. If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use our Services or interact with any other aspect of our business.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, company, email address, and a hashed password when you sign up.
  • Scan summaries: when you run a robustness scan, we store the summary (dataset file name, clean accuracy, critical epsilon, rating, and the epsilon/accuracy curve) attached to your account.
  • Contact form submissions: whatever you enter into the contact form, so we can reply to you.
  • We do not store your raw uploaded dataset. On the plans described on this site, the CSV you upload is parsed and processed in your browser; only the resulting summary is sent to our servers.

2. How we use information

  • To operate your account and dashboard, including scan history.
  • To respond to support and sales inquiries submitted through the contact form.
  • To monitor and improve the reliability of the service.

3. What we don't do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not use your scan data to train models for other customers.

4. Data retention

Account information and scan history are retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing [email protected].

5. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage. Session tokens are signed and expire after seven days. Access to production data is limited to engineers who need it to operate the service.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and post material changes to the contact page.
